oops sorry for the late reply, but whenever ur struggling for motivation, remember ur goals and picture where u want to be in the future. every step u take now makes a difference, so if ur laying in bed when u should be studying for ur finals then remember, every move u make will make a difference. don’t let procrastinating take over. u will regret it, so always keep ur priorities straight. u should eliminate ur distractions - turn ur phone off, try to limit urself from going on fb etc. make ur distractions ur rewards and see if that will help. stay strong !!
